If your item requires a more detailed repair we will work with our scheduling department to have your item picked up and brought into our full service shop.

At Montgomery’s we take pride in providing the best customer service possible to our valued customer. I enjoy being part of a team that does that on a continuous basis from the initial interaction in one of our amazing stores to after the items are delivered. Building a solid relationship with the customer, resolving any problem they may bring to my attention and making sure they are happy is my top priority. I will go the extra mile to ensure our customer is happy with their overall experience with Montgomery’s; if our customer is not happy, I am not happy.

Rachel a graduate of SDSU brings to Montgomery’s an education in Interior Design as well as of over 10 years experience in retail, merchandising and customer service. Her personal style is rustic transitional with her own personal twist. When not at Montgomery’s Rachel enjoys spending time with her fiance and their pet dogs Chief and Roxi. We are excited to have Rachel join our team and offer our customers personalized service.

I have always had an interest in working with my hands. At a young age, I took advantage of specialized training in the visual arts, kindling my love to create beauty and establishing the foundation upon which all my craft is built. Furniture repair is one of my passions. I take great pleasure restoring the historical, monetary, and sentimental value of these pieces.
