Our standard delivery zone covers locations outside of Our local zone within a 200-mile radius of each of Our showrooms.     • Our Scheduler will contact you to schedule a date for delivery once your entire order is in stock.
    • If applicable, please remove snow, ice, or other potentially hazardous obstacles from all walkways and driveways.
  • At Delivery
    • You will receive a text message or phone call two days in advance of your scheduled delivery providing you a two hour window for our arrival.
    • Our delivery team will call you 30 minutes ahead of their arrival to let you know they are on their way. Our delivery trucks are routed for the most effective mileage and to efficiently serve all customers. Our delivery teams make every effort to keep on schedule and, in most cases, will arrive during the scheduled time window; however, unforeseen delays may arise.

If you would like to have your purchase delivered, we will be glad to do so! Your merchandise will be inspected, fully assembled, and placed in your desired space.

  • Before your White Glove Delivery

    • Remove pictures, mirrors, plants, fragile items, and other hazards from the delivery path and destination
    • Please protect your floors by placing down rugs, blankets, or cardboard
    • When measuring for fit, be sure to consider doorway, hall, staircase as well as the destination; and if necessary, remove any doors or windows.
    • Please notify Us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery of any special requirements needed to complete your delivery
    • If you need to change the time or location of your scheduled delivery, please contact our Scheduler at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery
    • You will receive a text message or phone call two days in advance of your scheduled delivery providing you a two hour window for our delivery.

  • At The White Glove Delivery

    • White Glove delivery allows you to have warranty service provided at the delivery location (subject to all applicable terms in this Agreement) without paying a separate service trip charge during the one-year period from the date on your receipt of purchase.
    • Please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a notation on the delivery receipt. Please document the damage you claim with photographs and send to service@montgomerys.com.
    • Once our delivery team has finished unloading your furniture, we’ll clean up and e-mail you a survey to complete at your convenience

MATTRESS TAKE AWAY

Montgomery’s will gladly take away your mattress/box spring when we deliver your new set. However, we are required to have you seal your mattress/box spring in one of our sealed mattress bags prior to our delivery team arriving at your home. We cannot remove any items that are not completely sealed.

When our delivery team arrives with your merchandise delivery, they will remove your sealed mattress set and place it in our delivery truck for disposal.

 

COST OF REMOVAL:

  • Twin: $10 a piece (Twin Set $15)
  • Full: $15 per piece (Full Set $25)
  • Queen: $15 per piece (Queen Set $25)
  • King: $15 per piece (King Set $30)
  • All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling your delivery.
  • Please remove snow, ice, or other potentially hazardous obstacles from all walkways and driveways.
  • Please clear a path through your home to the room in which the furniture will be placed.
  • Remove pictures, accessories, etc. from the walls to prevent damage.
  • Remove unwanted furniture from the area that your new furniture is to be placed. Please see the additional tab on where to donate your used furniture.
  • An adult must be home. Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is present to accept the delivery.

NO PICKUPS ON SUNDAY

  • YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
  • Please call 605-653-2675 Option #2 to schedule a pick up time.
  • All customer pickups must be paid in full at or before time of pick up.
  • Please bring your sales receipt to the pickup door and ring the bell for service.
  • All merchandise will be left in original container but will be inspected at customer’s request.
  • Customer is responsible for assembling all items.
  • No claims will be accepted on items improperly assembled by customer.
  • Customer is responsible for supplying anything needed to properly secure the furniture during transit including tie downs, blankets or other packing material.
  • Customer is responsible for securing all items into vehicle.
  • Customer is responsible for all merchandise once it has been loaded into customer’s vehicle and left Montgomery’s property.
  • If a service claim is needed, customer is responsible for returning the product to the store for repair and picking it back up.
  • If in-home service is requested, customer will be charged a service fee.

We have compiled a list of organizations that may be able to use the items you are thinking of discarding. The Furniture Mission, for example, will give furniture and bedding to needy persons or families that are referred to them by local agencies. You can even contact the Furniture Mission to come to your home to pick up your items for donation. If you no longer have a need for your items but they are still usable, consider donating them to help those less fortunate.
