Montgomery’s design team consists of Design Consultants, Interior Designers, and Experts in Flooring, Mattresses, and Window Treatments. Many of our Interior Designers have 10+ years of experience or a degree in interior design or interior architecture. View our Design Teams by clicking here.

In store and in person! Our designers will travel up to 200 miles from the showroom. Getting a first hand look at your commercial space or home is crucial to creating your perfect space. While there they will take measurements, get helpful insight to your design style, and see any pieces you’d like to incorporate.
Yes, we have a large selection! All our showrooms have a design center with fabric, wood, and other material samples. These samples can be checked out and viewed in your home.

Custom-made pieces take precise craftsmanship; therefore may take approximately 8-18 weeks, depending on the item and manufacturer. Your designer will provide a timeline before ordering and follow up with your piece’s progress.
Your custom window fashions will take from 3-8 weeks, depending on the product. Blinds: 3-4 weeks Montgomery’s Custom Drapery: 8 weeks

While many of our products are one-of-a-kind or curated by our team, some are available at other retailers. Although we know that you have many options and may find the same product at other retailers, we hope you choose Montgomery’s because of our “Whole-Home Experience” (FREE Interior Design Service). Our guarantee to you brings you more than a place to purchase your piece, but a team of dedicated individuals ready to offer you a positive experience in your home fashion purchases.

Sale Conditions

THE CUSTOMER (YOU) AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Special orders are non-refundable and are not subject to cancellation.
  • Delivery times of special orders are estimates only, and delays beyond the control of Montgomery’s are not an acceptable reason for the cancellation of merchandise ordered.
  • All clearance items are sold “as is” with no warranty and cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise before purchasing.
  • Montgomery’s makes no warranties beyond the written manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The customer is responsible for having the room cleared before accepting delivery. Montgomery’s is not insured to move, haul, re-install components, or dispose of any furniture.
  • If a customer chooses to pick up their merchandise, it must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. The customer accepts full responsibility for the merchandise once it is picked up and leaves Montgomery’s premises. Merchandise can be picked up Monday – Saturday.   • If purchasing a mattress, you have reviewed the 365 Night Perfect Sleep Promise. Please see a designer for assistance.
  • The customer agrees to a minimum trial period of 60 days on mattress purchases.
  • If purchasing flooring, you have reviewed the flooring information checklist. Please see a designer for assistance.
  • The customer (YOU) agrees that the conditions of sale and all charges related to it have been explained clearly at the time of sale.
