WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USER IS COLLECTED ON THE SITE?

Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies the User or can be used to identify or contact the User. Such Personally Identifiable Information may include the User’s name, address, email address, telephone number and billing and credit card information.

We may request Personally Identifiable Information from the User when the User registers on the Site, purchases merchandise on the Site or in connection with other services We may make available on the Site from time to time. In all of these cases, We will collect Personally Identifiable Information from the User only if the User voluntarily submits such information to Us. Unless the User gives us permission to do so, We will not sell, share, license, trade or rent your Personally Identifiable Information other than as specified in this Privacy Policy. The User does not have to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information to visit Site. However, if the User chooses to withhold requested Personally Identifiable Information, the User may not be able to visit all sections of the Site or purchase merchandise on the Site. In addition, we may not be able to provide the User with some of the other services we offer that are dependent upon the collection of such Personally Identifiable Information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact the User, such as the User’s device, geolocation, date and time of Site access, system and application software, peripherals, IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of the Site.

When the User visits the Site, We may collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is used to help us understand who uses the Site and to improve and market the Site in general and our merchandise in particular.

WHERE AND WHEN IS INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE SITE (INCLUDING THROUGH THE USE OF COOKIES)?

We collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information passively using Cookies. Cookies are used to personalize the User’s experience on the Site (such as dynamically generating content on webpages specifically designed for the User), and to allow Us to statistically monitor how the User is using the Site to help Us improve the Site. We also may use Cookies to target certain advertisements to the User’s browser which may be of interest to the User or to determine the popularity of certain content. While the User is not required to accept our Cookies to access the Site, if the User reject Cookies, certain merchandise, offerings, features, or resources of the Site may not work properly, and the User may experience some loss of convenience.
