"I can't , for the life of me, figure out why I've never shopped MONTGOMERY before now. I will ALWAYS shop Montgomery from this experience forward"
Get Inspired With Patricia’s Projects
Patricia Thoms is an international designer with furniture in her blood. Her grandfather emigrated from Portugal to Brazil, where he opened a furniture store and insurance agency in Rio. This afforded her the unique opportunity to grow up around interior design and quality furniture and gain strong business ethics. Inspired by her grandfather and hometown of Cataguases, Minas Gerais, she was driven to obtain degrees in Interior Design and International Business. Patricia is Brazilian/American and speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
She completed the prestigious courses of International Business at Frances King School (London, UK 2011) and IX Encuentro Latinoamericano de Diseno (in 2014, Universidad de Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina). Patricia enjoys creating 3D visuals to aid her client’s decisions. She’s also a lover of travel and world design. She’s frequently found at design fairs globally. She has traveled to 21 countries, gaining insight into cultures, food, and language and providing her with many design inspirations for future projects. Patricia also has an eye for fine jewelry. In 2023 she founded and designs her own line of jewelry that can be purchased internationally. In addition, Patricia enjoys spending time with her new baby boy Henry, her husband, and their two dogs, Linda and Walter. Patricia moved from Brazil to Sioux Falls in 2018 and joined the M-Team in 2021. In 2025, Patricia joined the Professional Residential Interior Design Society. While she enjoys assisting any client, Patricia has numerous years of experience in interior design and finds commercial projects most appealing. She is drawn to creating inspiring spaces for restaurants, offices, hotels, retail stores, and more.
