Joining the Watertown M-Team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am blessed to work with amazing clients, furniture, and coworkers. I am thankful to have found a job that excites me every day.

About Kandice

At Montgomery’s, we strive to give the best customer experience in our industry. This is done in several ways during both in-store and in-home consultations. When forming client relationships, earning trust is a huge focus. I must have the chance to assess your lifestyle, design, taste, and vision to deliver the best result. I encourage my clients to feel comfortable with the process through open communication and collaboration.

Every client is different in their unique way, from their lifestyle to their taste. My goal when working with clients is to keep them excited throughout the process. The M Team handles everything from installation, fabricators, delivery, etc. This relieves clients from the stress of designing a home or individual space. I strive to keep clients relaxed and excited while we go to work for you!

“If you love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life.”

Marc Anthony

I completely understand that you have a number in mind for your makeover project. Staying within budget is essential for client happiness. I will help set realistic expectations and keep open communications so you are never caught off guard!

Our relationship doesn’t have to end after the project ends. I love hearing from past clients seeking advice, inspiration & new projects!

I have a soft spot for fusing rustic and modern styles with a splash of glam. Mixing styles can be quite complex, but I enjoy the challenge. Incorporating crisp, neutral colors with various patterns and textures create a gorgeous space.

I encourage all of my clients to find some inspiration for their homes! Whether it’s something you have seen on Pinterest or Houzz or an item you have fallen in love with. Once you find something that you love for your home, it will help build excitement and direction for your project!
