At Montgomery's, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any in-stock merchandise that is delivered damaged, defective or if you are unhappy with it in any way. Returns or exchanges on in-stock merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours and returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Special order merchandise is limited to manufacturer defect and warranty services only. Special orders are custom made for you and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Premium mattress sets are eligible for a 120 or 365 Night Perfect Sleep Promise™ and if you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a Perfect Sleep Promise™. Read more about our Perfect Sleep Promise™ here. All other mattresses may be returned only in the event they are delivered damaged or later found to be defective. Pillows, sheets, comforters, mattress protectors and other bedding do not qualify for the Perfect Sleep Promise™ and may not be returned or exchanged.

A Protection 1st Plan will help protect your investment, so you don’t have to worry about it. Plus, if you are claim-free by the end of your warranty, we will issue you a store credit valued at half the cost you paid for protection!
If the unexpected happens, submit a claim online or call Protection 1st toll-free at 800.686.5559 for expert help with any problem covered by your Protection Plan. If a technician is needed, we will dispatch a certified, insured technician to perform the work in your home. If we can’t help with the problem, we’ll replace the item at its original value at no cost to you.
The Maximum Protection Plan coverage covers mechanical and structural breakdowns as well as accidental damage which occurs during normal residential use on fabric, leather, and vinyl upholstery, solid surface furniture or area rugs for five years. The cost of the Maximum Protection Plan is based on the total cost of your order.
